Crystal Thompson-Pollard, Early Enrichment Corp. began with a simple belief: every child deserves to be seen, heard, valued, and honored for exactly who they are.
After years of working in early childhood education and deepening her knowledge of child development, Crystal founded Kid Logic Learning in 2012 with a vision for something different: a place where children and families could enter exactly as they are and be met with understanding, respect, and genuine connection.
She saw the everyday moments of childhood as opportunities to learn more about each individual child. A child quietly reading in a favorite corner, another asking endless questions about how something works, or a child needing comfort during goodbye each communicates something about how that child experiences and understands the world.
Those moments became central to Crystal's philosophy: children do not all learn, communicate, develop, or experience the world in the same way, and they should not be expected to.
Under her leadership, Kid Logic Learning has grown into a five-star early childhood education program serving children from infancy through school age. Its approach is rooted in meaningful relationships, emergent curriculum, play, nature, open-ended exploration, and honoring the whole child.
Crystal believes that supporting children also means supporting the adults who care for and teach them. Through mentoring, coaching, professional learning, and strong partnerships with families and community resources, she has worked to create a culture in which educators continue to grow alongside the children they serve.
The creation of Early Enrichment Corp. represents the next chapter of Crystal's vision. What began with Kid Logic Learning has grown into a broader belief that children of all ages deserve access to enriching experiences that inspire curiosity, creativity, confidence, and connection.
Through Early Enrichment Corp., Kid Logic Learning and Nature’s Way STEAM School share the same philosophy and purpose. While each program serves children in different stages of their development, both are grounded in Crystal's belief that children are capable, curious, creative, and full of potential.
Nature’s Way extends that vision into the elementary years through nature-enhanced STEAM, project-based learning, creativity, and hands-on exploration. Early Enrichment Corp. provides the opportunity to continue building beyond these programs—creating enriching experiences for children and families at different ages and stages.
Crystal's hope is to build something that reaches far beyond a single classroom or school. She envisions a community where children have access to opportunities to learn, explore, grow, belong, and be honored throughout their childhood. Through enrichment, families, educators, and community partners can come together to create experiences that help children discover their interests, develop their strengths, and grow into confident, compassionate, lifelong learners.
At the heart of everything Crystal builds is the same belief that inspired Kid Logic Learning more than a decade ago: When we take the time to understand children, honor who they are, and create space for them to learn in their own way, we give them the foundation to thrive.
